The Earth Drummers are a group of post-collegiate runners seeking to compete at the national level while becoming involved in community outreach efforts to promote our sport.
The team is currently comprised of men and women and continues to grow.
One of our primary objectives is to provide post-collegiate runners an opportunity to continue training and racing at a high level.
Members of our team typically meet to train 2-3 times per week. Throughout the year, we compete in several local races as well as other major road races around the country.
The Earth Drummers are seeking to become active in the community. These activities will include speaking to local high school and college teams to provide knowledge based on our experiences and to advocate our sport. We would also like to provide clinics at The Running Spot on topics such as training, race preparation, and injury prevention.
